Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of an order being placed. This varies because it depends on when the courier comes and my schedule.

We secure every order inside a poster sleeve and a thick mailing tube to ensure a safe, dry and intact delivery. Our tubes are made in NZ by coreblimey.co.nz from mostly recycled materials.

In New Zealand, we use NZ post, and in Australia we use either NZ or Australia Post.

Yes! Shipping is free on all orders to all countries.

My prints can be purchased in three different sizes, which are:

A1: 59.4 x 84.1 cm or 23.4 x 33.1 inches

A2: 42 x 59.4 cm or 16.5 x 23.4 inches

A3: 29.7 x 42.0 cm or 11.8 x 16.5 inches

The thickness of the paper varies slightly based on the size you buy:

A1 & A2: 200 gsm

A3: 250 gsm

I draw all of my maps at the biggest size I sell, which is A1. Therefore, when scaling down to smaller sizes like A2 and A3, the clarity is still perfect.

As every map is printed to order, we can only change or cancel an order if it has not yet been printed. So please choose carefully.

We have a 30 day returns policy. If you want to return an order, it must be returned in a perfect, sellable condition in order for a complete refund. You must pay for and organise the shipping yourself. To organise returning an order to us, please email elvishmaps@gmail.com.

Currently, I don't sell framed prints. This is because I am just getting started, and also because delivering the print in a frame would massively increase the shipping price compared to shipping it in a roll.

Currently, no customizations are available for my maps, but they will be in the future.
