Dispatch and Shipping Information:

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of an order being placed. This does not include pre-orders; please use the delivery estimate shown below the PRE-ORDER button.

Delivery times after dispatch vary by destination. Please see the Shipping & Returns section on your chosen product page for estimated delivery times. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at elvishmaps@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Christmas delivery dates, we cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered on time for Christmas day. It is difficult to provide latest order dates for each product, so customers should make sure to purchase with enough time to spare to account for delivery and preparation for Christmas.
