I bought a map and shipped it secretly to a family member as a gift, but sadly the secret went awry when they thought the delivery messages were a scam. The map got sent back, and Ben was incredibly generous and helpful in sending a replacement map. The exact gift was still a surprise, and a great success! He absolutely loved the map and immediately put it up on his wall and wanted to buy more :D
